Who we are
The Local Government Training Institute (LGTI) provides practical, non-accredited training for local government. The current LGTI website identifies the institute as part of Arrow Collaborative Services. Our focus is helping council teams build skills they can use in their day-to-day work.
Local government staff work across planning, infrastructure, customer service, governance, safety and community-facing roles. Training is most useful when it reflects those responsibilities and the conditions in which people work. LGTI can discuss a council’s needs and whether a course or tailored session is a suitable fit.
Training for council work
