Upon satisfactory completion of training, a Statement of Completion (SOC) will be issued to confirm that the participant has completed the training and achieved the competency level required to carry out the work under workplace supervision.
SOC’s are valid for 90 days from date of issue and during this time, the participants implement their newly learned skills ‘on the job’, on a minimum of three separate occasions. Students must record evidence of controlling traffic with a stop/slow bat or boom gate AND setting up work with traffic control plans each separate occasion.
An additional half day assessment, conducted by LGTI, is then also completed within the 90 day period.
Please note: Additional costs may be incurred for re-assessment or retraining, should satisfactory completion not achieved within the 90 days.
