Working Safely at Heights
This one day course is a “hands on” course providing the skills and knowledge required to work safely at heights in the resources and infrastructure industries. Participants can expect to get practice using heights safety gear and carrying out risk assessment exercises within a team. Participants have the opportunity to practice emergency response and to develop risk assessment skills.
Successful completion of this training will result in the attainment of the nationally accredited unit of competency: RIIWHS204E – Work safely at heights

Public courses are held regularly at our Thornton training centre, centrally located near Newcastle, Maitland, Central Coast and the Hunter.
Students must arrive at 8:00am sharp to complete the pre-course administration. Training will commence at 8:30am. Please read your course confirmation for further information about what you should bring with you on the day.
